Graha Paper Group is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of our paper products and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be granted.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong product, quantity, or specifications).
The product arrived damaged or defective.
A return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The product is in its original condition and has not been used, altered, or repackaged.
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or made-to-order items
Opened packaging or used products
Products returned after 7 days of delivery
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at contact@grahapaper.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your invoice number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.
Our team will evaluate your claim and guide you through the return process.
If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment or arrange pickup (if applicable).
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once returned goods are received, they will undergo quality inspection. If the issue is confirmed:
We will issue a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the case and your preference.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
If the return is due to our error (wrong product or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect order), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
